More room for the mouse: without a separate numeric keypad, the mouse can be positioned closer to the letter keys

Short key travel: the concave scissor-switch keys support the fingertips and provide a distinct pressure point

Two additional USB ports: the integrated hub provides space to connect devices such as a wired mouse

Frequently used functions within reach: twelve shortcut keys provide access to functions including copy, paste and save in supported programs

Familiar key spacing: the standard key spacing of 19 mm is retained in the compact design

Easy-to-read keys
Adjustable typing angle
Non-slip feet
Plug and Play
Numeric input via Fn

Why choose a compact keyboard?

A compact keyboard without a separate numeric keypad leaves room to position the mouse closer to the body. This reduces the need to reach sideways with the arm. Cook and Kothiyal (1998) measured less activity in two parts of the shoulder muscle with this arrangement than with a keyboard with a numeric keypad. A shorter reaching distance may therefore reduce shoulder strain during mouse use.
