Why choose a trackball?
With a trackball, the fingers move the ball while the mouse stays in place. The arm therefore does not have to keep moving the mouse across the desk. This limits large mouse movements and allows use on a small work surface. The Expert Mouse can be operated with either hand, allowing you to alternate hands. If you have discomfort on one side, the hand on the side without discomfort can also take over all mouse use.
