Why a monitor arm?
A monitor arm allows screen height, viewing distance and viewing angle to be adjusted to your working posture. This reduces the need to move the head forwards, upwards or downwards to see the screen clearly. A suitable screen position helps limit prolonged neck and shoulder loading. Suspending the monitor above the desk also creates space for convenient keyboard and document placement. The spring mechanism balances the monitor's weight, allowing its position to be adjusted with little force.
